Molecular weight
Recombinant Mouse TGFB2 is a homodimer protein consisting of two amino acid residues [Ser 302-Ser414] ,due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 65 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE.

Biological Activity
Determined by its ability to inhibit proliferation of mouse HT-2 cells. The ED50 was found to be ≤ 0.1 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥ 1 x 10^7 units/mg.
Endotoxin
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).

Reconstitution
