Source Optimized DNA sequence encoding extracellular domain of Hepatocyte growth factor receptor ,c-MET(GLU25 - ASN929) including a C-terminal His tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.
Molecular weight Recombinant mouse c-MET is a heteredimer protein consisting of alpha and beta chains and contains 915 amino acid residue subunits,due to glycosylation and cleavage migrates as an approximately 45kDa(alpha chain) and 85kDa(beta chain) bands protein on reduced SDS-PAGE.

Biological activity The activity was tested by the ability of immobilized recombinant human HGF to bind recombinant mouseMET (HGFR), the calculated ED50 is 2ug/ml

Presentation Recombinant Mouse c-MET is lyophilized from 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution, pH7.2 , 5% Trehalose.
Reconstitution A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers.
