DNA sequence encoding the Human (HLA-E *01:03 allele AA22-358 [accession# P13747] and the B2M protein AA2-119 [accession# P61769], fused to the VMAPRTLVL peptide.This complex includes a C terminal polyHis AVI tag and was expressed in HEK cells.
Molecular weight
Recombinant HLA-E*01:03/VMAPRTLVL has a calculated mass of approximately 60kDa. Due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 70 kDa protein under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
Purity
purity was determined to be >95% by non reducing PAGE and HPLC (see below methods)
Endotoxin
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).
Presentation
Recombinant HLA-E/VMAPRTLVL Tetramer was lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered PBS solution pH7.4
Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers.
Storage
The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20° C.

  • 1ug loaded Tris-Bis PAGE under reducing condition. The purity is greater than 95%.
