Applications

ELISA: This antibody was validated by ELISA binding to recombinant SARS CoV2 RBD Fc (cat#RKNCOVRBD) with a EC50 binding affinity of 0.047 and to the SARS CoV2 S1 (cat#RKNCOVS1H) with a binding affinity of 0.095(see images below).

Source The recombinant antibody was produced in HEK293 cells. It is a chimera of a mouse variable chain, obtained from mice immunized with the SARS COV2 RBD protein ,fused to human IgG1.
CloneID 004
Species reactivity Specific for SARS CoV2 S1 and the RBD domain, has not been tested against other viruses.
Isotype Human IgG1 Kappa
Purification The IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Presentation Lyophilized from sterile filtered solution at a concentration of 1mg/ml in PBS with 5% trehalose.
Reconstitution A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers
Storage This antibody can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20° C for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
