Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in sterile PBS pH 7.4 to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. Solubilize for 1hr at room temp with gentle mixing.
Storage
Recombinant EGFR can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to-70°Cfor twelve months.It is recommended to add 0.1% HSA or BSA for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
