Source:
Optimized DNA sequence  encoding  extracellular domain of Mouse CD33 including an IgG1  Fc C-terminal His tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.

 
Molecular weight:

Recombinant CD33 (Siglec-3)  is a  Homodimer protein consisting of two 460 amino acid residue subunits,  due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 60kDa protein on reduced SDS-PAGE.


 
Purity:
>90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
 

 
Endotoxin:
Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method.
Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).

 
Presentation:
Recombinant Mouse CD33  is lyophilized from 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution,  pH7.2 ,  5% Trehalose.

              
Storage:
Recombinant CD33 can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months.

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

CD33

CD33 is a 67-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that contains one V-set and one C2-set Ig-like domain6 and is specifically expressed on the myeloid lineage. It is a biomarker and therapeutic target for acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
