   Size C      500ug  $ 1950
Domain  :
Gene  :  CSF1R
Catalog no. :  RKP09581

Source:
Optimized DNA sequence  encoding extracellular domain of mouse CSF-1 receptor (CSF-1R)  including a C-terminal polyHis tag was expressed in HEK293 cells.

Molecular weight:

Recombinant mouse CSF-1 receptor is a monomer protein consisting of 504 amino acid residue subunits,  due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 90 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE.

Purity:
>98%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Biological activity:

Activity of recombinant mouse CSF-1 receptor was measured via its ability to bind biotinylated recombinant human M-SCF. The ED50 of biotinylated human M-CSF is 0.5 ug/mL

Endotoxin:

Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method.
Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg(1EU/µg).

Presentation:
Recombinant mouse CSF-1R is supplied as lyophilized 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution,  pH7.2 .

Storage:
Recombinant CSF-1R, as supplied, can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to -70°C for twelve months.

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Usage:
This product is for research purposes only.It may not be used for therapeutics or diagnostic purposes.

CSF-1 receptor

The CSF-1R is a member of the type III receptor tyrosine kinase family that includes other structurally related kinases such as Kit and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-R . CSF-1 binding to the CSF-1R triggers dimerization, autophosphorylation, and activation of key signaling pathways including the PI-3 kinase/Akt and mitogen- activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways.
