Presentation
Recombinant IL-13 receptor alpha 2 is supplied as lyophilized 0.2 μm filtered 50mM Tris ,100mM glycine solution, pH7.5 and 5% trehalose.
Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. It is recommended to add 0.1% HSA or BSA for long term storage.
Storage
Recombinant IL13RA2, as supplied, can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8° C for one month, or at -20°C to-70°Cfor twelve months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
